Head of Retention to $5000

We are a dynamically growing iGaming platform operating in the Indian market and focused on delivering a safe, personalized, and engaging user experience. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Head of CRM, a strong leader who can elevate our customer retention strategy to the next level. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the Indian market.
  • Build and manage the retention roadmap, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Optimize the user lifecycle (LTV, ARPU, retention rate).
  • Develop multi-layered communication flows (email, push, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Manage automated funnels and trigger-based communication journeys.
  • Create compelling bonus offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior and build segments and clusters.
  • Run A/B tests for campaigns and promotions, ensuring continuous optimization.
  • Forecast key metrics such as churn, reactivation, and conversion.
  • Lead CRM managers, content managers, and analysts.
  • Set goals, develop team expertise, and implement best practices.
  • Cooperate closely with product, marketing, VIP, and analytics teams.

     

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in CRM/Retention within iGaming, online entertainment, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian audience: behavior, preferences, linguistic nuances.
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, personalization, and customer journey development.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, MoEngage, or similar).
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent leadership abilities and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
