Head of Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Acquisition to lead our performance marketing efforts across Afr / Mx / CIS GEOs. The main goal of this role is to build a scalable, profitable, and sustainable acquisition funnel through all available traffic channels. You’ll be responsible for setting up the department from scratch — including structure, processes, and team — while continuously evaluating traffic quality and return predictability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with one of these GEOs on your own product: Afr / Mx / CIS;
  • Build the acquisition department from scratch: team, structure, processes;
  • Drive only high-quality traffic, using BI tools for fraud detection and traffic analysis;
  • Hire and lead a high-performing team: Affiliate Managers, Head of B2B;
  • Manage and scale key channels: Facebook, SEO (brand/cross/non-brand), UAC, ASO, PPC, Influencer & Streamer marketing, affiliate networks;
  • Negotiate and improve partner deals, payout models, and performance terms;
  • Develop and execute a strong inbound & outbound acquisition funnel;
  • Build local partnerships via forums, groups, and personal networks;
  • Collaborate with the product team: landings, pre-landings, A/B testing, funnel localization;
  • Take charge of financial planning: manage $300K+ monthly budgets, channel allocation, track ROI/CPA/ARPU;
  • Analyze user CJMs to find friction points and boost conversions.

What Experience Matters to Us

  • 5+ years in gambling/betting verticals;
  • 2+ years in a leadership role in acquisition marketing;
  • Strong knowledge of Afr / Mx / CIS GEOs and best-performing traffic sources;
  • Proven record in scaling acquisition through strong partner relationships;
  • Experience in building departments from scratch;
  • Deep understanding of traffic quality metrics: FTD %, deposit frequency, ARPU, LTV;
  • Hands-on with: Paid Social (FB, TikTok, etc.), Google Ads / UAC, ASO / SEO, Influencer & Streamer marketing, Affiliate / CPA networks;
  • Strong partner management and deal optimization skills;
  • Confident managing $300K+ monthly budgets, reaching 10K+ FTDs;
  • Analytical thinker with solid BI tools knowledge & media planning;
  • Understanding of unit economics, CJM & funnel optimization;
  • Clear knowledge of compliance and nuances in gambling promotion in emerging markets.
