Growth Lead (Outbound \ Demand Gen)

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Growth Lead to build and run a scalable outbound engine that actually works — no fluff, no guesswork.

 

You’ll own the entire cold outreach loop: from ICP hypotheses and trigger-based targeting to copy, cadences, reply handling, and performance tracking. It’s about building a repeatable system that surfaces the right leads, reaches out at the right time, and generates real qualified calls.

 

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Think problem-first, not persona-first
  • Love systems, data, cadences, and deliverability hygiene
  • Write short, sharp copy that doesn’t sound like ChatGPT
  • Want to run experiments, build engines, and learn fast

 

Core focus:

  • ICP/trigger strategy & list logic
  • Email & LinkedIn outreach at scale
  • Validation, personalization, deliverability
  • Campaign copywriting & SDR process design
  • Weekly analytics and continuous testing
