Talent Sourcer

Now we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our People Team and help us attract top professionals in marketing, analytics, product, and tech across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional communities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and new sourcing channels.
- Reach out to candidates with personalized messages and manage initial communication.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support talent mapping initiatives.
- Represent SBC Performance’s culture and values in all candidate interactions.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment globally, ideally in digital marketing, tech.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience with Technical and Non-Technical Roles.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Upper Intermediate level of English (for daily communication with candidates and hiring teams).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fast-paced, international environments.
- Basic understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
