Main Functions

  • Content management and writing
  • Launch outbound from scratch
  • Accounting of new and accounts that already exists

Requirements

  • 2+ years SDR experience in Outsourse sales, with success case studies
  • Experience in launching cold outreach campaigns via Email and LinkedIn (tailored messaging, not automation).
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in IT outsourcing company
  • Success case studies in the past 
  • Deep understanding of BANT or SPICED framework
  • High-energy person, proactive, results-driven, and relentless in achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills (near-native English).
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone, do cold outreach and turn ‘no’ into ‘yes’.
  • Expertise in sales prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, Aircall, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Experience in managing and updating CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and booking high-value meetings.


 

Nice to have:

  • Qualification calls experience
  • Experience with AI Chat and Voice Bots
  • Experience with n8n, make, zapier
  • Experience with automation tools for cold outreach campaigns.
