Operations Lead to $1300

Who We Are
Small, high-performing design studio (5 people) based in Utah, working with clients across the USA. We move fast, care deeply about our work, and need someone to help us scale without losing our soul.
 

The Role
You'll be the operational backbone of our studio. This isn't a typical EA role. You'll help run the business side so our design team can focus on what they do best. High autonomy, high impact, high trust.
 

You'll Own

• Operations: Budget management, vendor relationships, process optimization
• Project coordination: Resource planning, timeline management, client communication
• Executive support: Calendar, email, travel planning

• Client relations: You'll be a primary touchpoint—professional, proactive, solutions-oriented

   

You Are

• Experienced: 4+ years in operations, project management, or senior EA roles
• Organized but flexible: Systems-minded, but you adapt when things change
• Communicative: Exceptional written and verbal English; comfortable on client calls. C1, C2
• Self-directed: You see what needs doing and do it

• Multi-hat wearer: Comfortable juggling diverse responsibilities in a small team environment

   

Requirements

• Europe-based (Ukraine included)
• Minimum 5+ hours daily overlap with Utah time (MST/MDT)

• Reliable internet & professional home office setup

   

Compensation: 1000-1300 USD a month
