QA Engineer

Due to the growing number of projects and higher quality requirements, the team is expanding and seeking an experienced QA Engineer. This role will strengthen test coverage, speed up feature validation, and reduce the risk of defects reaching production.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, and sanity testing of complex logic with a strong focus on the user interface and overall user experience.
• Analyze requirements, create high-quality checklists, test cases, test reports, and provide accurate task estimates.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and other team members to ensure stable product quality.
• Participate in regression testing and help build test coverage for various features and projects.

• Contribute to improving testing processes, propose enhancements, and influence product quality.

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience testing web applications.
• Experience working with systems that have complex business logic (CRM, ERP, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to critically evaluate requirements.
• Experience creating test documentation: checklists, test cases, reports.
• Understanding of key testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience in UI testing (functional and integration) for web or desktop applications.
• Basic knowledge or interest in performance testing is an advantage.
• Basic SQL and API knowledge is a plus.
• Experience or interest in automated testing (Playwright or similar tools).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Proactive attitude, independence, and a desire for continuous development.
