Lead Generation Specialist

We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help us expand our pipeline in the UK and European markets. This role combines research, outreach, communication, and smart use of automation tools. You’ll work closely with founders and the Sales team, contributing directly to revenue growth while developing your skills toward SDR or Sales Manager roles.

What you will do:
• Research and identify potential clients based on clear ICP criteria (UK + European markets).
• Qualify companies to ensure they match our ideal customer profile.
• Enrich and validate contact data (LinkedIn, email).
• Work with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, WeConnect, Snov.io, and other automation platforms.
• Prepare and customise outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + email).
• Communicate with leads: replying, clarifying details, sending follow-ups.
• Generate and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team.
• Keep CRM and research spreadsheets organised and up to date.
• Run experiments to improve outreach performance continuously.
• Collect and analyse information about relevant events (exhibitions, conferences, webinars).
• Support cold email initiatives by preparing accurate lists and well-crafted messages

Requirements
• 1-2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales Research / SDR (LinkedIn + email).
• Experience with lead generation outside LinkedIn (email tools, databases, automation).
• Confident use of tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, WeConnect, Clay, and Snov.io.
• Experience working with UK or other English-speaking markets.
• Ability to evaluate whether a company fits the ICP quickly and accurately.
• Strong written communication skills; ability to write natural, clear English messages (cover letters, follow-ups, outreach emails).
• Solid understanding of the IT services ecosystem (outsourcing, outstaffing, software development).
• General understanding of technical terms (frontend, backend, DevOps, ML, SaaS).
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain structured documentation.
• Creative approach to finding new data sources and lead generation angles.
• English: Intermediate+ (daily use in research and communication).
