Fullstack DEVELOPER (React / PHP) + AI (claude sonnet/ gemini)

Role: builds landing pages, integrations, Telegram bots, web apps, backend modules. Handles infrastructure and brings technical expertise. Period. 
Uses AI. Does not waste any time. 

Reports to: Project Manager

WHAT HE DOES

1. Landing Pages

• builds landing pages from design (HTML/CSS/JS)
• connects forms → CRM
• sets pixel/events in the tracker
• ensures leads and events fire correctly
• updates text/images on request
• fixes simple bugs

2. Technical Integrations

• webhook setup
• simple API work
• CRM ↔ Tracker ↔ Funnel connections
• redirects / thank you pages
• technical setup for experiments

3. Telegram Bots

• builds simple Telegram bots (collect data, redirect, etc.)
• connects bots to CRM / webhooks
• maintains them
• fixes issues fast

4. Web Apps + Backend

• simple internal web apps (panels, dashboards, forms)
• basic backend for internal functions
• micro-services needed for tests
• simple automation logic

5. Event Manager / Tracking

• builds event logic for the funnel
• sends events correctly into the tracker
• sets button clicks, form steps, etc.
• validates mapping funnel → tracker

6. Technical Expertise + Research

• provides solutions when there is a technical blocker
• tests new tools when needed
• researches technical methods for traffic (only when PM asks)
• manages “interesting” software used in operations
• documents findings

7. Infrastructure

• basic hosting
• domains / subdomains
• SSL
• tracker connections
• CRM connections
• keeps landing pages online and functional
• fixes tech problems in the funnel

WHAT HE DOES NOT DO

• does not decide copy, message, or design
• does not modify funnel flow without a task
• does not create creative ideas or visual logic
• does not talk to sales/traffic unless PM assigns
• does not redesign or restructure systems alone
• does not “optimize” on his own
• does not self-prioritize — he executes the PM’s priorities
