Acquisition Director

We are looking for an experienced Acquisition Director to lead and scale traffic acquisition strategies across our portfolio of iGaming brands. You'll be responsible for strategic oversight of all traffic acquisition channels (affiliate, media buying, and beyond) across multiple partner programs and brands. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on driving growth, optimizing performance, and scaling traffic across Tier 1 markets.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and approve traffic acquisition strategies for the entire group
• Drive diversification across geos, channels, and traffic sources
• Introduce innovative acquisition approaches and new growth opportunities
• Guide traffic strategies for new brand launches from concept to execution

Performance & Optimization

• Analyze campaigns and partnerships at scale to identify growth opportunities
• Evaluate channel effectiveness across the portfolio
• Gather insights from all partner programs and transform them into scalable best practices
• Identify budget reallocation opportunities and scaling potential

Innovation & Growth

• Monitor iGaming and digital marketing trends
• Initiate tests of new channels, technologies, and approaches
• Oversee traffic launches in new geos and platforms
• Ensure strategic KPIs are met across all partner programs

Operations & Analytics

• Ensure traffic teams execute key processes effectively
• Implement new frameworks for improved operational efficiency
• Maintain strategic oversight while supporting tactical problem-solving
