Sales Operations Specialist

We’re expanding our sales team and opening a Sales Support role to help strengthen our outreach, database processes, and follow-up cycles. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love smooth CRM flows β€” this one is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working inside our database - cleaning, updating, researching.
  • Managing follow-ups and assisting with outreach.
  • Supporting Product Owner with day-to-day sales operations.
  • Keeping our pipeline organized and moving forward.
     

Requirements:

  • Excellent English β€” written & spoken.
  • Experience with HubSpot (a must).
  • Previous sales experience targeting the US market.
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.


Nice-to-have:
β€’ Experience with other CRMs (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
β€’ Understanding of outbound strategies & email outreach.
β€’ Basic data analysis skills.
β€’ Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing startups.
β€’ Comfortable with occasional direct client communication.
