Social Media Growth Specialist

With the company’s expansion, we are looking for a full-time Social Media Growth Specialist.

What you will be doing (Your responsibilities):

• Grow organic social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create/edit short-form video content (mainly TikTok/Reels) for our products.
• Build weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Analyze performance and iterate content based on results.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters.

About you:

• Efficient strategy planning.
• 1.5–3+ years of experience in SMM.
• Content creation is a plus.
• Confident in editing short-form videos (CapCut/Premiere/etc.).
• Experience managing multiple accounts at once.
• Strong sense of storytelling and aesthetics.
• B2 English or higher (written + verbal).
• High level of responsibility and independence.
• Not satisfied with “just okay” results — you must want a rapid growth.
