Senior Sales Development Representative (MilX)

We replace traditional AdSense payouts and give creators:

- 10+ payout methods
- crypto withdrawals
- multi-currency transfers
- Active Funds (up to 6 months of future revenue in advance)
We are part of the official YouTube Partner ecosystem (via ScaleLab / AIR).
Who We Are Looking For:
A Senior SDR whose main strength is manual outreach, personalized communication, and strategic hunting of creators.
MilX grows fast โ but the strongest growth comes from high-quality 1:1 outreach, not automated spam.
We need someone who:
- loves researching creators manually
- writes custom messages (not templates)
- understands how creators think
- opens conversations in DMs, email, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, YouTube
- adapts the sales messages based on channel analytics, content type, and niche
This is not a passive SDR role.
This is an outreach-heavy, human-first, high-touch sales role.
Key Responsibilities (Heavy Focus on Manual Outreach):
1. Manual Outreach (Primary responsibility โ 50โ60% of time)
- Research, find, and qualify YouTubers manually across multiple platforms.
- Send personalized outreach messages to creators via:
- Instagram DMs
- YouTube email
- TikTok / X / Reddit
- Discord creator groups
- Craft tailored messages based on niche, analytics, and creator type.
- Build relationships โ not scripts.
2. Inbound Handling
- Respond to inbound leads quickly.
- Convert inbound interest into channel connections.
- Run onboarding calls if needed.
3. High-Touch Communication
- Conduct intro calls and product demos.
- Be able to articulate MilX benefits for each creator category:
- gaming
- finance
- vlogs
- reviews
- education
- shorts creators
- Handle objections, concerns, and questions with empathy and clarity.
4. Pipeline Building
- Maintain and update a manually sourced lead list daily.
- Track creator revenue potential, niche, risks, and monetization quality.
- Build multi-step outreach flows (but keep messages personal).
5. Strategic Coordination
- Give feedback to the marketing team on creator insights.
- Suggest improvements to pitch materials and outreach angles.
Work closely with our Creator Success team for smooth activation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales / SDR / BD roles, ideally outreach-driven.
- Proven experience with manual outreach โ not only automation tools.
- Comfort pitching on calls and in DMs.
- Excellent written English (B2 at least) for natural-sounding messages.
- Experience selling to creators, influencers, or digital communities is a huge plus.
Ability to research creators independently and intelligently.
