Now we’re strengthening our Sales & BizDev team and opening a role for a Business Development Manager who understands the igaming/high-risk ecosystem, knows how to build strategic partnerships, and brings a warm or hot contact base.

Your Mission

Drive SolveX’s market expansion and develop new commercial opportunities across Asia, CIS, and LATAM.
You’ll focus on opening markets, establishing partnerships, and building a strong, sustainable pipeline of high-value merchants.

 

What You Will Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions (Asia / CIS / LATAM)
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with merchants, aggregators, and industry players
  • Conduct daily outreach and active BD pipeline development
  • Manage the full cycle of deal development: discovery → pitch → negotiation → partnership launch
  • Collaborate with Tech, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to create tailored solutions
  • Monitor partnership performance and identify new growth opportunities
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen SolveX’s presence
  • Provide market insights and contribute to regional and global commercial strategy

     

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • 2–5+ years in Business Development or Sales in Payments, PSPs, Aggregators, or iGaming/high-risk
  • Warm or hot contact base within the industry
  • Experience working with Asia, CIS, or LATAM markets is a strong advantage
  • Background in strategic partnerships or regional market expansion

Hard Skills

  • Strong understanding of high-risk industries & payment flows
  • Ability to build BD strategies and create tailored commercial offers
  • Experience working with iGaming / betting / high-risk merchants
  • Strong analytical mindset: metrics, performance data, and deal economics
  • Excellent presentation and pitch skills

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • High autonomy, ownership, and drive
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proactive, structured, and strategic mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Languages

  • Strong English (required)
  • Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus
