SnoopGame QA is looking for a Trainee LQA Specialist. We specialize in manual game testing services, catering to publishers and developers worldwide.
Over the past decade, we've meticulously tested more than 1500 games spanning various genres, from Hyper Casual to AAA. Presently, we proudly stand as Ukraine's foremost company, equipped with remarkable achievements and the proficiency to conduct diverse manual testing across multiple platforms.
As a Trainee LQA Specialist, you will ensure games are linguistically flawless, engaging, and enjoyable for players. This role lets you combine your love for gaming and languages, gain hands-on experience in localization and QA, and work closely with top experts in the field. Every text you check and every issue you fix directly improves the player experience.

As a Trainee LQA Specialist, you will ensure games are linguistically flawless, engaging, and enjoyable for players. This role lets you combine your love for gaming and languages, gain hands-on experience in localization and QA, and work closely with top experts in the field. Every text you check and every issue you fix directly improves the player experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform linguistic testing of Ukrainian game content.
- Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, terminology, and contextual relevance.
- Identify linguistic, narrative, cultural, and UI/UX text issues.
- Verify corrected linguistic defects.
- Prepare clear and structured error reports.
- Participate in the testing process at all stages of development.
- Communicate with team members involved in development and localization processes.
- Ukrainian proficiency: C1โC2 (advanced).
- English proficiency: Intermediate+
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian grammar, stylistics, and linguistic correctness.
- Understanding of modern gaming applications.
- Knowledge of basic testing theory.
- Ability to write clear and structured linguistic bug reports.
- Broad gaming experience across various genres.
- Desire to grow in game linguistic testing with top experts in the field.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM โ 7:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break).
- Paid vacation: 20 workdays per year, 10 sick days per year.
- Gradual salary increase to $800 over 1.5 years.
- Use of Confluence, Slack, and Trello for smooth communication and collaboration.
- English lessons with a native speaker, including interactive exercises, quizzes, and games.
