We are Wandry, a web development agency (https://www.upwork.com/agencies/wandry/). We need an experienced Full-Time Sales Manager to fully rebuild and manage our sales on Upwork. You will own the entire sales cycle, aiming for high-value projects ($15,000 to $50,000).

 

🔥 Your Mission & Key Target (Миссия и Цель)

 

  • Primary Goal: Establish a stable stream of qualified leads and close high-value contracts.
  • Target Client: Mid-sized Western businesses (POC/MVP, custom CRM/ERP, large corporate/e-commerce sites).
  • Initial Monthly KPI: start from $7,000 USD in new client revenue.

 

💻 Key Responsibilities (Обязанности)

 

You will manage the A-Z sales process:

  1. Strategy & Profile: Optimize agency and individual profiles (https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01fedcd85369e7013a/) based on Upwork algorithms.
  2. Lead Gen & Bidding: Proactively manage bidding, write compelling proposals, and utilize tools like Gigradar.
  3. Sales Cycle: Conduct qualification, lead negotiations, handle objections, and finalize proposals.
  4. Collaboration: Work with the CEO (strategy), PM (calls), and Tech Lead (technical interviews).

  • Deep Upwork Ecosystem Knowledge: Mastery of bidding strategies and platform mechanics.
  • Proven Track Record: Confirmed success in scaling high-ticket accounts in the web dev niche. Provide examples.

💰 Compensation

 

  • Base Salary: $400 - $800 USD per month (based on experience).
  • Tiered Commission: Competitive percentage of revenue generated, tied to achieving the $7,000 monthly target for start.
  • Residual Commission: Bonus on repeat/follow-up business from clients you acquired.
