- Primary Goal: Establish a stable stream of qualified leads and close high-value contracts.
- Target Client: Mid-sized Western businesses (POC/MVP, custom CRM/ERP, large corporate/e-commerce sites).

You will manage the A-Z sales process:
- Strategy & Profile: Optimize agency and individual profiles (https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01fedcd85369e7013a/) based on Upwork algorithms.
- Lead Gen & Bidding: Proactively manage bidding, write compelling proposals, and utilize tools like Gigradar.
- Sales Cycle: Conduct qualification, lead negotiations, handle objections, and finalize proposals.
- Collaboration: Work with the CEO (strategy), PM (calls), and Tech Lead (technical interviews).
