About the Role

You are responsible for keeping the entire technical backbone of the office running: devices, farms, networks, VoIP, subscriptions, security, and internal tools.

This is not a corporate sysadmin โ€” this is a fast-execution environment where you solve problems quickly, automate repetitive work, and maintain operational stability for 3โ€“5 teams simultaneously.

Your job: make sure nothing breaks โ€” and if it does, fix it instantly.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Setup & Maintenance

  • Set up new office locations from zero (network, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, access points).
  • Deploy workstations, laptops, mobile devices, emulator PCs, and testing setups.
  • Maintain hardware inventory (CRM, trackers, SIMs, PCs, phones).
  • Handle physical infrastructure upgrades: UPS, server racks, wiring, CCTV (basic), access control.

 

 

2. Device Management

  • Prepare, configure, and maintain:
    • laptops/desktops
    • Android devices
    • iPhones
    • tablets
    • emulator farms (LDPlayer, BlueStacks, MEmu)
  • Ensure secure backups, cloning, and fast deployment for new team members.
  • Maintain OS hygiene: updates, antivirus, storage, role-based access.

 

3. WhatsApp / Telegram Farm Management

  • Deploy, run, and maintain multi-account farms:
    • WhatsApp SIM rotation
    • Telegram mass-account infrastructure
    • Proxy rotation / anti-detect setup
    • Device/VM fingerprint management
  • Monitor bans, replace devices, automate recovery flows.
  • Work with proxy providers, number providers, anti-detect browsers.

 

4. VoIP & Communications Infrastructure

  • Manage VoIP systems (Asterisk / 3CX / Zadarma / Twilio / local providers).
  • Connect new numbers, configure SIP, call routing, IVR, forwarding.
  • Monitor call center quality: latency, packet loss, jitter.
  • Maintain recordings, storage, call logs.

 

5. Subscriptions & Tools Management

  • Manage all company subscriptions:
    • trackers (Keitaro / Binom)
    • CRM systems (Kommo / Zoho / HubSpot)
    • cloud services (Google Workspace, Firebase, AWS, GCP)
    • proxy providers
    • number providers
    • VPN/VPS servers
  • Pay, renew, monitor usage, control access.

 

6. Network & Security

  • Maintain secure networks across multiple offices.
  • Configure VPN tunnels, remote access, IP whitelisting.
  • Detect and prevent network bottlenecks.
  • Basic firewall management.
  • Identity/access control for users: passwords, roles, devices.

 

7. Rapid Problem Solving

  • Solve urgent issues fast:
    • broken devices
    • SIM not registering
    • WhatsApp banned
    • VoIP lag
    • CRM not syncing
    • internet overloaded
  • Test multiple solutions quickly, propose better tools, automate manual flows.

 

8. Documentation & SOPs

  • Maintain internal documentation:
    • device issuance
    • access rights
    • office setup checklist
    • farm setup checklist
    • VoIP config
  • Write simple SOPs for non-technical teams.

 

 

 

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2โ€“5+ years sysadmin or IT operations experience.
  • Strong experience with Windows + macOS + Android.
  • Knowledge of routers, access points, VPNs, and network topology.
  • Experience with VoIP systems and SIP.
  • Experience with farms (WhatsApp, Telegram) is a big advantage.
  • Good troubleshooting skills โ€” ability to improvise and find solutions.
  • Discipline and documentation mindset.
