The Gamzix team is growing, and we’re looking for a Game Mathematician to design and balance mathematical models for our slot games and support the implementation of game mechanics into production.

Responsibilities:

• Creating mathematical models for slot games.
• Developing new math for upcoming titles.
• Reverse engineering existing game mechanics for implementation into our portfolio.
• Balancing games with different volatility levels.
• Calculation and analysis of RTP, hit frequency, volatility and win distribution.
• Preparing math documentation and files for development.

• Communicating with backend developers to correctly implement game math.

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Game / Slot Mathematician.
• Strong knowledge of popular slot mechanics:Hold & Win, Cascades, Scatter Pays, Cluster Pays, Respins, etc.
• Ability to design and balance games with any volatility level.
• Experience working with probability models and simulations.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Understanding of player behavior through game math.
