Technical Product Manager (FinTech)
Location: Remote (Europe or Ukraine)
We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Product Manager to join our FinTech team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our Payday Loan software platform, which is already live in several countries and being launched in new markets. Your work will directly influence how we deliver fast, compliant, and customer-centric lending experiences across regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Own the business aspect of the company’s Payday Loan product platform, ensuring its integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement in existing markets.
- Drive the launch of the platform in new countries, adapting features and workflows to meet local regulatory, operational, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap of the product features, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regional growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, data, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver seamless product enhancements and new market rollouts.
- Lead requirements refinement sessions, actively participate in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensure effective collaboration with development teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including KYC, AML, affordability checks, and data privacy standards, across platform markets.
Professional Qualifications
- 5+ years of prior experience as a Functional or/and Systems Analyst.
- 1+ years of experience of working in a FinTech or lending-focused organization (Payday loan or short-term credit experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of credit products, loan origination, and repayment flows.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluency in English (B2 level) and Ukrainian.
Additional Qualifications
- Proven experience in integrating and managing third-party KYC, payment, and data verification providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- An internationally recognized Systems Analyst or similar certification is a strong plus
