We teach what truly works: marketing, SMM, design, IT fields, content creation, and more.
Our mission is to create clear, useful, and inspiring content that helps students take their first steps toward a new career.

We are now expanding our team and looking for an SMM Specialist who understands the local market, trends, and audience behavior.
 

🔹 Responsibilities of the SMM Specialist:

• creating a content strategy for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts);
• managing Progresivo’s social media accounts;
• shooting and editing short-form videos, working with trends;
• writing captions and scripts for Reels;
• analyzing performance results: reach, engagement, audience growth;
• collaborating with marketers and course producers.
   

🔹 You are a great fit if you:

• live in Peru or Argentina;
• speak Spanish + English confidently;
• have experience in SMM;
• love social media, trends, and dynamic content;
• understand digital products and the online education market;
• have examples of your videos or a portfolio.

⚡️ It will be a big plus if you:

• are comfortable recording content with your face (Reels, short videos, stories).
