Lead UI/UX Designer

We are a design agency working with Web3, AI, SaaS, Fintech, and global product companies. Our projects include websites, mobile apps, dashboards, crypto wallets, brand systems, and interface animations.
We’re looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who can drive key client projects and help mentor and guide our design team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on client projects (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Web3, AI).
• Create high-quality UI/UX solutions from concept to final delivery.
• Review and improve work from middle and junior designers; provide mentorship and art direction.
• Collaborate closely with PMs: planning, prioritization, and quality control.
• Maintain consistency across design systems and product flows.
• Present and explain design decisions to clients (when needed).
• Occasionally create concepts, moodboards, and visual directions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio with web/app product interfaces.
• Ability to work fast, structured, and with high visual quality.
• Experience in Web3 / SaaS / AI is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of typography, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy, and rhythm.
• Prior experience mentoring or reviewing other designers' work.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma.
• English: Intermediate+ (client communication when required).
