BI Specialist

Location: Remote | Full-time | Middle Level

We’re looking for a Control Manager to join our Analytics team, focusing on BI reporting, dashboards, and operational data control. This is a great role for someone who enjoys turning data into clarity and driving process efficiency across teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain internal dashboards and reports
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Monitor key operational activities across departments
• Check data consistency in reports and internal systems
• Detect and escalate data discrepancies
• Support ad hoc business requests with custom reports and analysis
• Monitor employee performance via tracking systems

• Provide summaries and analytics to management

   

First Priorities in the Role:

• Review current reports and dashboards
• Consolidate reporting formats and improve clarity
• Work closely with the analytics team to create scalable reporting tools
• Analyze KPI deviations and propose improvements

• Suggest optimization in control processes and Plan vs Fact analysis

   

Tools & Stack:

• Excel / Google Sheets
• Dashboards (Looker Studio or internal BI)
• CRM systems
• Corporate databases
