Coordinator / Moderator

We’re looking for a Control Manager to join our KLN (Quality & Learning) stream and focus on evaluating the performance and communication quality of our Sales teams. 

 

This role combines analytics, structure, and communication insight to help us grow faster and smarter.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate internal communication of Sales teams (chats, calls, dialogues)
  • Use standardized scorecards to assess quality and tone
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to team leads
  • Participate in weekly team reviews and performance syncs
  • Monitor employee activity via time-tracking tools (Yaware)
  • Detect inconsistencies in quality metrics, escalate deviations
  • Track key KPIs and ensure alignment with project goals

     

First Priorities in the Role:

  • Learn the KLN system, evaluation criteria, and team structure
  • Review current evaluation sheets, identify improvement areas
  • Perform quality checks of Sales communication
  • Suggest changes to KPIs and workload allocation
  • Contribute to a roadmap for developing the control function
