Requirements:

  • 5+ years in SDR or similar roles at Large-Scale outsourcing companies
  • Excellent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Proven success in LinkedIn + email-based outreach
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales best practices and prospecting strategies
  • Experience selling to Enterprise and SMB clients
  • Data-driven and goal-oriented: you love dashboards, metrics, and performance tuning
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other tools
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads across the Enterprise and SMB sectors
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets through strategic ABM outreach and high-quality meeting setups
  • Keep our CRM up to date, tracking engagement and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve tactics and tools while staying ahead of industry trends
