Automation Specialist and Customer Support to $1000
We are looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team. This role combines customer support with workflow automation, giving you the chance to work closely with our COO and help improve company processes. If you enjoy solving problems, optimizing workflows, and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (approx. 33%)
- Handle customer inquiries in English (email/chat)
- If you speak German, assist with phone support as well
- Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
- Document cases accurately and follow internal workflows
Workflow Automation (approx. 66%)
- Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n
- Work with the COO to map and automate business processes
- Test, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations
- Ensure all technical workflows are reliable and well-structured
Requirements:
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- German language is a strong plus, especially for phone support
- Structured, process-oriented way of working
- Enjoys solving problems and improving workflows
- Proactive, reliable, and hands-on
- Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier is highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer support, operations, or technical support is a plus
Working conditions:
- Remote role
- Full-time or near full-time availability preferred
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday โ days off
- Flexible work schedule and autonomy in planning your time
- All payments are made in euros
- An open sole proprietorship or the ability to open one is required
