About the Role

We are looking for a Crypto Media Buyer who can scale paid traffic for high-intensity crypto & Web3 funnels. You will handle multi-account operations, launch rapid experiments, and optimize campaigns across META, TikTok, Google UAC, Telegram Ads, and crypto-native channels.

Your job: bring profitable traffic, maintain stability, avoid bans, and hit daily lead/revenue targets.

You will work inside an R&D-driven environment where funnels change weekly, and speed of execution decides who wins.

Responsibilities

1. Traffic Acquisition & Scaling

• Launch, monitor, and scale paid ads across:
  • META (multi-account setups)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google (Search/UAC)
  • Telegram Ads & Web3 ad networks (Coindirect, Bitmedia, etc.)
• Manage $200–$2,000/day budgets depending on the funnel.
• Implement A/B/C testing of creatives, angles, prelanders, landers.

2. Conversion Funnel Optimization

• Optimize for CPL, CPA, FTD %, onboarding flow, KYC %, deposit rate.

• Collaborate with Product/R&D to improve:

  • Hooks
  • Landing pages
  • Form steps
  • Post-click journeys (Telegram, WhatsApp, bot funnels)

   

4. Creative Strategy

• Generate ideas for new angles, scripts, visuals, motion edits.
• Coordinate with designers & copywriters to deliver 20–40 creatives/week.
• Track creative fatigue, rotate at the right moment.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain daily dashboards:
  • Spend, impressions, CTR, CPM
  • Leads, CPL
  • FTD %, ARPU, ROI
• Work with trackers (Keitaro/Binom), UTMs, events, custom conversions.

6. R&D Integration

• Participate in fast hypothesis-testing cycles.
• Report new patterns, sources, niches, traffic behaviors.
• Execute playbooks and help generate new ones.

Mandatory

• 1–3 years experience in crypto / forex / IGaming / high-risk verticals.
• Proven ability to scale traffic while maintaining profitability.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Ad platforms (META/TikTok/Google)
  • Anti-detect, proxies, farmed accounts
  • Tracking systems (Keitaro/Binom)
  • Funnels, UTMs, basic analytics
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-iteration environments.

Technical Skills

• Keitaro/Binom
• GA4 / Pixel setup / events
• Anti-detect browsers (AdsPower, Indigo)
• Telegram bots & webhooks (bonus)
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding (bonus)

Soft Skills
