Key Account Manager (EN)

Role Overview

Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across English-speaking Europe. Drive long-term frame agreements (Wave), improve NRR, convert repeat Spot→Wave, and run structured QBRs. Work closely with Engineering, QA, Operations, and Sales Ops to deliver world-class service.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multi-threaded customer relationships and maintain clear Account Plans in Odoo.
• Negotiate frame agreements: volumes, call-off cadence, freeze windows, lane alignment (FT/STD/ECO).
• Convert recurring Spot RFQs/SKUs into Wave with minimum monthly call-offs.
• Lead quarterly QBRs (performance, quality, delivery, cost/value roadmap).
• Ensure SLA delivery with QA/Operations; manage claims and FAI/PPAP where needed.
• Keep CRM/forecast clean: Track/Lane, lost reasons, 13-week rolling forecast.
• Provide market & DFM insights; support local reps/agents.
  
  Requirements
• 2+ years in KAM/Enterprise AM within CNC, precision machining, EMS, or similar.
• Strong commercial negotiation in frame/call-off models; value/SLA-based selling.
• Technical literacy (drawings, tolerances, materials); ability to run light DFM.
• ERP/CRM experience (Odoo preferred); strong forecasting discipline.
• English C1+; excellent written communication.

• Ability to travel across the region.
