We’re looking for a bright, motivated communicator to join our team as a VIP Account Manager. No iGaming background? Not a problem — we’ll teach you everything. What matters most is your high level of English (C1+), your people skills, and your willingness to learn.

 

You’ll become the go-to person for our most valuable players, helping them feel valued, understood, and connected - all while growing your career in a fast-moving global industry.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with top-tier players from around the world
  • Communicate with VIPs across email, chat, calls, and even exclusive events
  • Keep players engaged, happy, and loyal through personalized service and smart incentives
  • Learn to work with CRM tools and player data to drive retention and revenue
  • Be the voice of your players - gather feedback, spot trends, and help improve the player experience
  • Collaborate with our product, marketing, and support teams to ensure top-level service

 

 

 What You Bring:

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) - this is a must
  • A genuine interest in people and strong communication skills
  • Curiosity, responsibility, and drive - we’ll guide you, but you need to bring the energy
  • Any experience in sales, account management, or gaming is a plus - but not required
  • Basic comfort with chat tools, emails, and online communication
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment
