HR Manager (offline)

Responsibilities
•Develop, coordinate, and conduct HR and recruitment training programs.
•Creating a company HR strategy together with Customer and Employee Success Manager.
•Ensure Pillar employee relations principles are properly communicated and understood.
•Assist with benefit-related issues and questions.
•Assist GM as necessary and requested.
•Coordinate performance and salary review process with GM and Customer and Employee Success Manager.
•Interpret and apply Human Resources policies; aligns with Pillarbusiness goals with HR policies.
•Manage all employee work-cycle related issues such as recruitment, interview compensation, diversity, personal evaluations, personal issues, performance management, Seniority level tracking, employee training, and development.
•Communicate directly to the Israeli offices by personal conversations and ongoing data entry on systems that Pillarworkswith.•Support and manage all vital office functions and documentation.•Manage payroll and payments according to the HR automated systems.
•Manage Human Resources data retention process.
•Act as coach/counsel at all levels in the organization.
•Organize corporate events and other internal activities.•Create a system to manage HR issues out of the office in Vinnytsia.

•Participates and leads employee improvement teams to promote positive employee relations; promotes and encourages employee participation.
•Prepare and maintain Pillar campus HR & Recruitment department for performing duties as assigned
.•Recruiting the right HR/Recruitment/Admin team as needed according to company goals.
•Overseeing the hiring of processand Onboarding/Offboarding stages of the employees.

Requirements

•3+ years of relevant HR work experience –Must.
•Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, compensation and incentives, employment law, organizational development, and employee development/learning.
•Proven experience in Technological recruitment in the software development industry;
•Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels
•Consultancy skills, specifically analysis and providing solutions
•Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively driving a more strategic people issues.
•A People person, Multi-tasking & excellent communication skills.
•good English –verbal and written
