Odoo Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced business systems built on Odoo. The role includes module customization, developing new features, integrating external services, and supporting existing functionality.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (v14–v17).
• Design module architecture and improve existing solutions.
• Integrate Odoo with external services (REST API, SOAP, payment systems, ERP/CRM platforms).
• Configure business processes and automation workflows inside Odoo.
• Optimize performance and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and write technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team.

🧠 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of Odoo development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of the Odoo ORM and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with module development and customization (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM).
• Experience integrating external services via APIs.
• Understanding of ERP/CRM business processes.
• Experience working with Git.
• English: Intermediate+ (documentation, team communication).

🎯 Nice to Have

• Experience migrating modules between Odoo versions.
• Knowledge of Docker / CI/CD.
• Experience with Odoo frontend (OWL, QWeb).
• Experience with Odoo.sh.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
