Middle/Middle+ Flutter Engineer

We are hiring a Flutter Developer to build a high-performance mobile game project. This role focuses on designing and implementing features that directly enhance the overall player experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial Flutter/Dart experience, including delivery of production-grade apps.
• Strong understanding of Flutter framework internals, widget lifecycle, async/await, isolates, and performance considerations.
• Deep knowledge of mobile development principles (platform differences, app lifecycle, background processes).
• Proven experience with Bloc/Cubit in medium-to-large apps.
• Use Coding GenAI agents on a day-to-day basis
• Ability to structure scalable app architecture and manage complex state flows.
• Experience with Firebase (Push Notifications, Dynamic Link, Remote Configs)
• Experience with Navigation (auto_router, go_router)
• Experience with API integration (Open API Specification, http, dio, json_serializable, freezed)
• Experience with Styling (theme configuration, dark/light modes)
• Knowledge of Google Play Console and App Store Connect
• Building Apps: iOS/Android. Flavor-based builds
• Experience working with design editors (Figma)
• Intermediate level of English
• Experience with Version Control

Responsibilities

• Working on implementing new features of the app
• Implement pixel-perfect design
• Code review by other teammates
• Direct communication with the client and the rest of the team

Would be a plus

• Familiarity with Provider / Riverpod / GetX / MobX is a plus.
• Create app builds and releases on different platforms
• Experience with Codemagic or Fastlane
• General knowledge of Google Cloud Console
