Delivery Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting delivery excellence and financial performance across multiple client accounts. You will play a key operational role within the delivery unit โ€” ensuring efficient resource utilization, clean financial operations, and timely, high-quality reporting. 
 

Key responsibilities 

  • Partner with teams and delivery leadership across the unit to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy. 
  • Plan and monitor resource utilization based on contracts; proactively allocate available resources to billable roles. 
  • Develop, update, and track contracts using SAP. 
  • Manage and track client project portfolios โ€” including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning. 
  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for internal and client-facing purposes; manage client approval workflows. 
  • Identify and resolve gaps in time tracking and billing processes to ensure high-quality data. 
  • Provide operational support to help delivery leadership stay aligned with delivery and financial goals. 
  • Support monthly financial closure routines and assist managers with related processes and issue resolution. 
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally. 
  • Create and maintain operational spreadsheets and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding budget status and delivery health. 
     

Requirements 

  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) 
  • 2+ years of experience in operational management, analytics, or delivery support roles 
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.) 
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset 
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously 
  • Systems thinking โ€” ability to navigate between portfolio, project, and team-level processes 
  • Understanding of business communication and professional ethics
