For our partner we are looking for  HR People Partner in an iGaming company, with strong emphasis on 1:1 conduction, team members motivation & engagement, and experience with Hurma.

We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner who can support our leaders and teams, facilitate regular 1:1s, build strong engagement processes, and manage the full employee lifecycle using Hurma.

Role Overview

The HR People Partner is a key business-facing role responsible for employee relations, performance support, motivation and engagement initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, and operational HR processes.

This role will work closely with team leads, managers, and employees to ensure a healthy working environment, strong communication culture, and continuous people development.

 

Key Responsibilities

People Partnering

  • Act as the main HR contact for assigned business units.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) with employees and managers.
  • Identify team and individual needs, risks, concerns, and improvement areas.
  • Support managers with team development plans, conflict resolution, and motivation strategies.

     

Performance, Motivation & Engagement

  • Monitor employee satisfaction, engagement, and workload balance.
  • Diagnose motivation decline and propose solutions to improve productivity and morale.
  • Support employees’ career development, growth paths, and competency improvements.
  • Participate in building engagement activities, recognition programs, surveys, and culture initiatives.

Processes & HR Operations

  • Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, performance reviews, offboarding.
  • Maintain HR documentation and tracking through Hurma HRIS (required).
  • Track goals, KPIs, OKRs, and performance insights across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal standards.
  • Work with People Analytics (attendance, performance, engagement dashboards).

Collaboration

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and adaptation of new employees.
  • Support top management and team leads in organizational structure changes and headcount planning.
  • Provide regular reports, insights, and action plans for team improvement.

     

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • 2+ years as an HRBP / People Partner / HR Generalist (preferably in iGaming, FinTech, IT, or other fast-paced international environments).
  • Strong experience in conducting 1:1 meetings and building trustful relationships with employees.
  • Proven track record in boosting engagement and employee motivation.
  • Hands-on experience with Hurma HRIS — must have (setting up processes, analytics, tasks, reminders, reviews, surveys, etc.).
  • Experience with performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and competency frameworks.

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
  • Conflict management and mediation abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to identify patterns and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Process-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in high-load environments with distributed teams.

Languages

  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Ukrainian — native
