🔴 mission
to create high-converting ad creatives that grab attention, convert clicks into deposits, and keep our campaigns ahead of the competition.

🔴 what you`ll do
design and animate ad creatives (static + motion) for ad campaigns (iGaming);
produce short videos, reels, banners, and other paid media formats;
adapt visuals for different GEOs, languages, and ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc);
collaborate with media buyers to test and optimize creatives based on performance metrics;
generate fresh ideas and approaches for campaigns in collaboration with the team;
monitor trends in gambling ads, social media, and motion design.

🔴 what you bring
2+ years of experience as a Graphic or Motion Designer (experience in Gambling, Betting, or high-risk niches preferred);
strong portfolio with examples of ad creatives (motion + static);
proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or equivalents);
basic understanding of marketing logic behind conversion-focused design.
