III. The Role(s)

 

This posting covers two distinct, yet complementary roles: Sales Manager and Account Manager. We are looking for candidates who can excel in one or both of these functions.

 

IV. Sales Manager

 

Role Summary

 

The role of a Sales Manager is to conduct live video demo meetings with warm leads, presenting our B2B lead generation services in a clear, engaging, and results-oriented manner. This role is focused on converting interested prospects into long-term clients while ensuring a positive experience. Sales Managers act as trusted advisors for our prospects, guiding them through our process, answering their questions, and closing deals that align with their business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conducting live video demo meetings with warm leads to present and sell our services.
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring presentations to highlight relevant solutions.
  • Managing and progressing leads through the sales pipeline from demo to close.
  • Documenting sales activities and outcomes to ensure clear tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with our internal team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to client retention.
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and staying updated on industry best practices.

     

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Strong knowledge of conducting effective video-based sales calls.
  • Ability to handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Experience in selling professional services or SaaS is preferred.

 

V. Account Manager

 

Role Summary

 

The role of the Account Manager is to fulfill Outbound Marketing Services for our B2B clients to help them generate leads and grow their sales pipeline, as well as ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment between our clients and our internal team. Account Managers act as strategic Lead Generation Specialists—creating outbound marketing campaigns across email and LinkedIn, managing client/internal communication, and delivering exceptional results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new Clients and managing client relationships.
  • Liaising with Audience specialists to create targeted lead lists.
  • Liaising with our LinkedIn specialist to produce strong results with LinkedIn Outreach.
  • Creating scripts for outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
  • Liaising with our team to keep client projects on schedule and moving forward.
  • Tracking and monitoring outbound campaign performance and delivery.
  • Internal Team Coordination with the Fulfillment Team.
  • Problem Solving & Support, Client Retention & Upsell Opportunities.

     

Requirements

These are skills and experiences that would make you a strong candidate for this position:

  • Experience in running B2B Cold Email Marketing Campaigns.
  • Experience in running B2B LinkedIn Outreach Campaigns.
  • Experience writing copy that converts cold traffic into warm traffic (lead generation).
  • Experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Experience Managing B2B Sales or Marketing Teams.
  • Experience consulting other B2B SaaS or B2B Service businesses.
  • Experience using Project Management software like ClickUp.
  • Experience using cold email tools like Instantly, SmartLead, and EmailBison.
  • Experience using AI tools or developing AI automations.

VII. Hours & Work Details (Flexible)

 

  • Part-time to Full-time, with flexible hours (we are looking to fill roles worldwide).
  • The number of sales calls as the Sales Manager is based on our lead and sales funnel and number of calls booked.
  • The number of customer calls as the Account Manager is based on customer preferences and how many customers are under management.

 

VIII. Compensation & Benefits

 

A. On-Track Earnings & Base Pay

  • Base Salary of $1,000–$4,000 per month – with On-Track-Earnings of $1000+.

     

B. Sales Manager Accelerator Commission

  • 10% of first-month revenue for the first 5 deals.
  • 12% for deals 6–10.
  • 15% for 10+ deals.
