Junior Project Manager (Product / Marketing / R&D)

Omnisurge is looking for a Junior Project Manager to coordinate product, marketing, R&D, and traffic tasks across gambling, web3, and fintech funnels. You will manage task flow, control deadlines, prepare briefs, support funnel delivery, assist with research, and ensure fast iteration between teams.

Responsibilities: manage tasks in ClickUp/Notion; break down requirements into subtasks; coordinate creatives, landing pages, tracking setups; support arbitrage teams during launches; check readiness of domains, whitepages, WA numbers, macros; collect feedback and update tasks; document experiments; assist with competitive research and A/B tests; prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements: 6–18 months experience as project coordinator/junior PM/product assistant; understanding of at least one domain (gambling/web3/fintech/affiliate); ability to structure tasks and follow processes; basic knowledge of funnels, LPs, tracking, A/B testing, creatives; confident in ClickUp, Notion, Figma, Google Docs; strong communication; high discipline; fast learning; Russian advanced; English upper-intermediate.
