Position Overview

As an Optimization Analyst, you will shape pricing strategies that balance customer value and business profitability. You’ll analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to guide data-driven decisions and deliver clear, actionable insights.

This role is highly collaborative, working closely with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure pricing efforts support broader company goals. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys turning data into impact.

What You Will Do

• Develop Effective Pricing Strategies: Regularly review and improve pricing approaches to ensure strong value for both the business and customers.
• Explore Market Trends: Study industry developments, customer behavior, and competitor activity to guide informed pricing decisions.
• Use Data to Drive Outcomes: Analyze key data points to support pricing optimization and overall profitability.
• Deliver Clear Insights: Create concise reports and presentations that help leadership and stakeholders make strategic decisions.
• Work Across Teams: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure pricing efforts are aligned with broader goals.

• Utilize Analytical Tools: Apply strong Excel skills to support efficient, data-driven analysis.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of pricing models, financial metrics, and market analysis.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other fast-paced industries is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

• No restrictions on business travel.
