Looking for a Strong Junior Computer Vision Engineer:
The project focuses on early detection of damage in steel cables and other critical infrastructure components using AI, computer vision, and simulations to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
Key Requirements:
• Strong practical experience in Computer Vision (image segmentation, basic video segmentation, classifiers).
• Hands-on skills with PyTorch and common CV model architectures.
• Experience working with small/limited datasets and applying data-efficient training approaches.
• Basic understanding of GPU performance and parallelization concepts.
• Experience with ML pipelines (training, validation, labeling tools like Label Studio / MLflow).
• Strong English (B2 and above) - ability to communicate clearly with the team and document technical work.
Responsibilities:
• Support and optimize CV models (segmentation/classification) for industrial real-time use cases.
• Maintain training, inference, and validation pipelines with guidance from senior team members.
• Prepare models for deployment on edge hardware (Jetson Thor) and test performance on new devices.
• Improve data efficiency and training workflows for limited datasets.
• Generate automated evaluation reports and ensure model quality.
