Sales Executive

We are a Performa HR agency, and we're excited to find a top-notch professional for one of our clients. 

 

We’re now looking for a Mid-Level Sales Executive.

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on new business acquisition, covering everything from sourcing and outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

 

If you have 2+ years of experience selling payments into the iGaming sector and you’re motivated by autonomy, fast-moving environments, and high-impact sales cycles, this role is for you. 

The position is fully remote (applicants must be based in Malta)


What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience selling payments to iGaming merchants (B2B);
  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business;
  • Strong understanding of payment orchestration, payment flows, and iGaming-specific  challenges;
  • Confident communicator and persuasive presenter;
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy;
  • Established network within the iGaming industry is essential;

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and generating qualified leads within the global iGaming market;
  • Pitching the company's orchestration-led payments stack, including acquiring, APMs, Open Banking and crypto;
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities;
  • Owning the entire sales cycle  from initial contact through to signed contract;
  • Staying up to date with market trends, regulatory updates, and merchant pain points;
  • Collaborating with product and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth merchant experience;
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings;
