Position Overview:
Over the next year, we aim to strengthen and elevate the Wonderskin visual identity across all platforms. With this Senior Graphic Designer, we plan to produce more cohesive, high-impact creative assets for digital, social, and retail channels. Our goal is to enhance brand recognition, support major product launches, and build a more robust creative pipeline that scales with our growth.

Requirements:
🎓A bachelor's degree in design/visual communications or related.
💼5+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
💄Experience designing for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or other visually driven consumer brands.
🖥️Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro, XD/Figma).
📱Understanding of digital advertising formats, best practices, and the technical requirements for assets across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
🎨Solid experience in creating motion graphics and editing video for social media.
📈A good understanding of recent design trends, social-first creative formats, and content performance.
🤖Experience with AI systems (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly) and understanding of prompt engineering and ethical usage.

Responsibilities:
🎨Develop and execute high-quality visual assets for digital, social, email, web, and retail.
✨Create graphics for campaigns, product launches, paid ads, landing pages, and editorial content.
🪄Optimise, retouch, and crop product and model photography for web and digital advertising specifications.
🔧Ensure brand consistency and elevate the visual identity as the company expands internationally.
🤝Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to turn briefs into compelling design concepts.
🤖Use Generative AI tools to create visual and video assets, automate design workflows, and stay updated on emerging AI trends to drive innovative brand experiences.
⏱️Manage multiple overlapping projects and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
⭐Provide design leadership, mentoring junior designers or freelancers when needed.

Would be a plus:
🛒Experience with Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces.
