Senior Lead Generator (Recruitment Agencies) โ€“ Proven Leads Required

DNA325 is a European recruitment & executive search firm specializing in technical, product, and managerial hires across Europe and Eastern Europe. We work with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients, and we are now expanding our sales & lead-generation team.
 

We are looking for a Senior Lead Generator with proven experience in B2B outbound and a track record of generating real leads for recruitment agencies, RPO companies, or staffing firms.
 

Role Overview:

The Senior Lead Generator will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling predictable outbound lead pipelines for recruitment services. This role requires real evidence of performance โ€” previous lead lists, screenshots, metrics, or case studies from your past work.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate highly targeted B2B leads for Recruitment, Executive Search, RPO, and HR Tech niches
  • Work with your existing lead base (if applicable) and expand it with new ICPs and markets
  • Build contact lists of decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leads)
  • Warm up and qualify leads before passing them to Sales
  • Create personalized outbound sequences (Email + LinkedIn)
  • Conduct research to refine ICPs by industry, geography, company size, and tech stack
  • Maintain structured reporting in CRM
  • Deliver weekly/monthly lead metrics and improvement insights

     

Requirements Must-have:

  • Proof of real lead generation performance
    • screenshots of outbound campaigns
    • examples of verified lead lists
    • response rates, booking rates, or pipeline metrics
    • case studies or measurable results
  • 2+ years in B2B Lead Generation in Recruitment / Staffing 
  • Experience working with tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Snov, etc.
  • Strong understanding of how recruitment agencies operate (Success Fee, Retainers, RPO, Executive Search)
  • Ability to generate leads from Europe, UK, US, Israel markets
  • Excellent written English
  • Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
  • Existing personal network or database of HR / TA / founders / hiring managers
  • Experience generating high-value outbound leads for agencies
  • Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems
