Sales Manager / Conversion Specialist (GEO β€” India)

Our recruitment agency is looking for an experienced and driven specialist who knows how to effectively work with warm leads and convert them into active clients.

 

About the Role

The main goal of the position is to convert incoming warm leads from India into customers. You will consult users who have already shown interest in the product and guide them toward the final target action (registration, activation, deposit).

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead Processing:

  • Timely handling of inbound requests from marketing channels (landing pages, social media, push notifications).

 

Communication & Sales:

  • Consulting users from India via phone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
  • Identifying their needs and guiding them to the target action.

 

CRM Management:

  • Recording statuses, comments, and communication results in the CRM (Bitrix, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).

 

KPI Achievement:

  • Meeting conversion targets (registrations, deposits, upsells).

 

Analytics & Feedback:

  • Analyzing lead quality and sharing insights with the marketing team for optimization.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, call center, or lead processing.
  • Experience with the Indian market (GEO India) is a strong advantage.
  • English β€” Upper-Intermediate or higher, ideally with understanding of Indian accent.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, conversions, and customer decision-making psychology.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • High level of self-discipline and result orientation.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with financial products (investments, trading, crypto, fintech).
  • Background in an affiliate/traffic arbitrage team or performance marketing.
  • Basic understanding of the financial market in India.
