PSP Tech Integration & Account Manager

We are now looking for a PSP Integration & Account Manager who will become a key link between our platform and payment service providers. Your primary mission is to adapt, integrate, and support PSPs in a way that ensures transactions are stable, fast, and achieve the highest possible approval rates. You will drive technical communication, monitor key performance metrics, and directly influence how our entire payment infrastructure operates.
This role is for someone who wants not just to “handle integrations,” but to build scalable processes, optimize payment flows, improve PSP collaboration, launch new markets, and scale payment solutions on a global level. We don’t believe in the “this is how it’s always done” approach - you’ll have the freedom to test hypotheses, refine routing logic, run A/B tests, and shape the product so it performs better than the competition.
Your main responsibilities:
Integrate and support PSPs, payment methods, APMs, and other providers, ensuring stable configurations and optimal transaction routing.
Design and improve cascading logic, fallback flows, and A/B tests to increase approval rates.
Act as the main technical and operational point of contact for PSPs: incidents, integrations, KPI reviews, updates.
Manage daily PSP communication: performance monitoring, negotiations, optimization initiatives, SLA control.
Analyze transaction flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose UX/conversion improvements together with Product/Design teams.
Monitor payment metrics, investigate anomalies, and maintain dashboards for key payment KPIs.
Collaborate with Development, QA, BizDev, and Treasury to support launches, resolve incidents, and drive automation.
You’re a great fit if you have:
Experience in Payments/PSP (minimum 2 years).
Solid understanding of APIs and Webhooks - REST, callbacks, PSP technical documentation.
Hands-on experience integrating PSPs, payment gateways, APMs, wallet providers, or card processors.
Knowledge of routing/cascading logic: approval flows, fallback, retries, limits, currency handling.
Technical troubleshooting skills: logs, response codes, latency analysis, transaction anomalies.
Experience with PSP dashboards, payment panels, reconciliation tools, and risk settings.
Strong analytical skills - working with KPIs, decline reasons, conversion metrics, performance reports (SQL/BI is a plus).
Experience with documentation: technical configs, integration requirements, provider settings.
Understanding of PCI, KYC/AML basics, fraud indicators, and provider SLAs.
Experience in project and vendor management: integrations, negotiations, ongoing support, optimization.

Experience in FinTech / eCommerce / high-risk payments.
Understanding of crypto processing or stablecoins (USDT/USDC).
Experience working with Finance, Risk, Compliance, BizDev teams.
Basic SQL or API-data knowledge.
