Junior HR Manager
We are looking for a Junior HR Manager with a passion for people and technology to join our HR Team. If you already have some hands-on experience in HR, sourcing or recruitment and are eager to grow in HR (possible - in Recruitment and Employer Branding), this role will provide the supportive environment you need to achieve your goals.
Work Experience Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in HR or related experience (sourcing, recruitment, employer branding).
- Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and basic IT/fintech terminology.
- Basic knowledge of ATS/HRIS or project-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail.
English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Candidates networking in the Fintech sector (PSP, Payment GateWay, e-wallets, EMI, SaaS, BaaS, Crypto).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or similar sourcing tools.
Completed courses in HR or Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:
- Sourcing and engaging tech and non-tech potential candidates across professional networks and social media.
- Scheduling and organizing online interviews.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Managing and updating PaySaxas' candidate database.
Planning and Reporting:
- Weekly and Monthly task organization, and its execution in Jira.
Metrics and Decision Making:
- Monitor key metrics, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and use this information to drive continuous improvement;
- Track and evaluate the performance of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, professional communities, etc.)
Support Head of People in HR related tasks:
- Update HR-related documents.
- Participate in Employer Branding initiatives.
- Support Head of People in Company-wide events and communication.
