About the role

As a Talent Operations Specialist, you’ll support AgileEngine’s rapid growth by guiding engineers through internal opportunities, refining talent processes, and collaborating across Recruitment, Delivery, HR, and Engineering teams. You’ll organize matching requests, craft polished resumes, and help maintain a clear overview of available talent and projects, all while strengthening your technical understanding and leadership skills. This role offers the chance to work in a multicultural environment, take ownership of initiatives, and contribute directly to building a smooth, people-focused internal mobility experience.

 

What you will do

 

  • Help Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine
  • Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals
  • Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to company guidelines
  • Keep track of available talent and job opportunities


Must haves

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT company as a Technical Recruiter (preferred) or within  HR  function.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher
