We are opening the position of: Business Development Manager (Ukraine)
Work format: remote + business trips across the country
Your Responsibilities:
- Be a key contributor to launching a new line of services, participate in strategic development, and support the company’s expansion in the Ukrainian market.
- Ensure regular on-site presence at client locations: coordinate processes, build partnerships, and oversee successful service delivery.
- Actively search for new business clients and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Analyze market conditions and trends, and develop business growth strategies.
- Prepare commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and close contracts.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and supervise marketing and advertising activities in the market.
- Prepare regular sales and market dynamics reports.
- Support clients at all stages of product or service implementation.
- Lead the sales team and coordinate commercial activities.
- Maintain active communication with other departments to achieve common business goals.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in active sales (sales hunter).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in business development.
- Ability to identify client needs and create value-driven commercial proposals.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Understanding of market trends and business dynamics.
- Independence, strong organizational skills, and stress resilience.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English.
- Higher education (preferably in management, marketing, economics, or related fields).
