Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Redesign dashboard for mobile responsiveness 
- Simplify high-friction service flows (e.g., visa renewals) 
- Build and document UI kits for design system 
- Run UX audit across citizen vs business portals 
- Conduct moderated usability testing with UAE residents

Requirements:
-  5+ years experience as UI/UX Designer
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.

- Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistent UI patterns.

- Ability to conduct user testing using remote research tools and translate insights into design improvements.

- Skilled in making UX decisions informed by analytics and user behavior data.

- Understanding of accessibility principles and ability to apply WCAG guidelines in design work.
 -English level: Upper-Intermediate +
