Senior Robotics Autonomy Engineer in Warsaw

Briefly about the opportunity:

● The product company is looking for a Senior Robotics & Autonomy Engineer to develop a new technology for autonomous drone swarms.
● Company creates autonomous work solutions based on artificial intelligence for drone swarms, independent of a specific manufacturer, minimizing risks to humans. The software has proven itself over tens of thousands of missions.
● In September 2025, $15 million in investment was attracted.

The specialist will be engaged in:
- Development of algorithms for collaborative drone autonomy: task distribution, coordination, collision avoidance.
- Building decision-making and trajectory planning systems.
- Optimizing performance on on-board computers and ensuring fault tolerance.
- Decision logs, flight analytics and the ability of drones to operate autonomously without communication.
 

► Experience with computer-based decision-making systems, spoken English required.
Previous experience with integrating solutions into hardware systems is preferred.
