🧩About the role:

We’re seeking a highly organized Amazon Creative Project Coordinator
to keep all Amazon visual content projects running smoothly. You will act as the link between Growth Specialists and Designers by translating strategic needs into clear tasks, managing the iteration loop, ensuring Amazon rule compliance, and guaranteeing that all assets are delivered ready to perform (CTR and CVR).

📅Working Conditions:

✔️Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9:00–18:00 CET (Brussels)
✔️Location: Remote (EU Time Zones preferred)
✔️Competitive salary: $2000 - 2500

📌Requirements:

🔹A strong eye for visual quality

🔹Two to three years of experience in eCommerce content coordination, creative operations

🔹Solid understanding of Amazon PDP structure, visuals, and content requirements.

🔹Ability to provide Amazon-specific feedback to creative teams.

🔹Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion.

🔹Excellent communication skills and ability to clarify expectations.

🔹High attention to detail, especially in file organization and naming conventions.

🔹Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

🔹Basic visual or content editing ability (non-designer level).
🔹Familiarity with Amazon creative guidelines and best practices.
🔹Experience working with designers or creative operations teams.

❌No familiarity with Amazon standards or PDP basics.
❌Candidates who are purely designers or purely administrative without Amazon context.
❌Lack of coordination or project-ownership experience.

🎯Responsibilities:

🔸Creative Workflow and Coordination

- Act as the main bridge between Growth Specialists and Designers.
- Manage the full ping pong iteration process until creatives meet quality and strategic requirements.
- Track timelines and ensure all deliverables move forward without delays.
- Ensure correct saving, naming, and organization of all files in the appropriate folders.

🔸Amazon Standards and Creative Quality

- Review visuals to ensure they follow Amazon category rules and best practices including structure, messaging, PDP flow, and compliance.
- Provide clear, Amazon-specific feedback to Designers.
- Ensure all assets support the intended CTR and CVR goals defined by Growth Specialists.

🔸Quality Control and Final Delivery

- Validate all final creative assets before handoff to the Growth Team.
- Confirm alignment between the brief, delivered visuals, and performance objectives.
- Maintain consistent creative quality across brands and categories.

🔸Documentation and Process Discipline

- Maintain impeccable naming conventions, folder structures, and version control.
- Document changes and ensure the correct materials are shared with the right stakeholders.
