Junior Project Manager – Dexis Development Ltd

Type: Full-time

Dexis Development collaborates with international clients across FinTech, HealthTech, SaaS, AI, and GovTech sectors. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing web & mobile development projects
• Communicate with clients and internal teams
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and requirements
• Track tasks, deadlines, and sprint progress
• Help ensure smooth delivery and quality
• Support daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives

Requirements

• 0.5–2 years of PM / Coordinator 
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum
• Experience with Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar
• Strong communication & time-management skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
• Ability to structure information and manage priorities

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of UX/UI or QA
• Experience with creating user stories
• Technical background or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Confluence / GitLab
